Copenhagen Wastewater Innovation

Copenhagen Wastewater Innovation is a small task force that has been formed for the purpose of supporting the development of sustainable solutions for the efficient operation of sewers and wastewater treatment plants.

The scope/mission of the Copenhagen Development Cooperation is to create synergy between the three base organisations with respect to knowledge transfer and technological development.

CWI operates both internally within the three utilities mentioned above and externally in relation to partners such as universities, consultants and suppliers. CWI is an important link between the 3 base organisations and the R&D sector.

Copenhagen Wastewater Innovation shall contribute to knowledge creation and optimisation by creating and participating in minor internal and major external projects.
